Tier 1- Programming COGS -- The KEY

 

• Maintain channel lineup and contract database - The KEY

• Verify monthly adds and changes to the current programming database

• Resolve billing issues with NCTC and programmers

• Update any new contracts and the retro payments required

• Monthly audit and payment of NCTC invoice

• Monthly payment of direct pay vendors based on actual sub counts

• Monthly electronic reporting of subscribers to vendors

• Answer programming questions from vendors

• BMI, SESEC and ASCAP reporting and payments

• Review NCTC website: capture and report important information

• Primary liaison between content programmers and MVPD
